Indiana Neuroscience Associates will be relocating our Noblesville office currently located at 18051 River Avenue, Suite 105 effective on Monday, April 19th, 2021. After that date, Dr. Michael Levine will see all his patients at 9302 N. Meridian Street, Suite 101, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Your current appointment date and time will not change, but will be moved to the Meridian Street office. If more convenient, we have telemedicine appointments available.
